1. Returns:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the defective item at no extra cost to you. Proof of purchase and evidence of the defect may be required.
3. Process for Returning Defective Items:
To return a defective item, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us at KMacThreads@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to report the issue and request a return authorization.
b. Once your return is authorized, package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.
c. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. The cost of return shipping for defective items will be reimbursed upon receipt and verification of the defect.
d. Once we receive the defective item, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will promptly send you a replacement item.
4. Exceptions:
Our return policy applies only to defective items. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or altered in any way.
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for defective items that cannot be replaced due to stock availability or other reasons.
